The product is primarily used in the fire rescue field. Given the growing variety and complexity of pneumatic rescue equipment—each relying on high-pressure gas as its core power source—a versatile adapter tool has been developed to seamlessly connect various pneumatic rescue devices with their respective gas cylinders.
It consists primarily of two sets of carts:
The air source cart (HKCT2) consists of: an air cylinder, a portable inflation connector, a pressure-reducing module, and the main body of the air source cart, among other components.
The long-tube cart (HKC-30) consists of: a winch assembly (including an air hose), an equipment box (containing two sets of masks, a supply valve, an emergency air cylinder, and other components), and the main body of the long-tube cart.
Main product features:
1. Utilizing 9L gas cylinders as the gas supply source resolves the issues of inconsistent and difficult-to-match gas supplies at disaster sites;
2. Design various conversion interfaces to address the challenge of inconsistent pneumatic equipment interfaces between domestic and international markets;
3. Standardize the power-source control components of all pneumatic products into uniform modules, making it easier for personnel involved to learn and operate them efficiently.
4. Standardization of gas sources and interfaces to address the challenge of limited space for onboard equipment and supplies.
