The shell is made from carbon fiber composite material, offering exceptional resistance to impact, puncture, and outstanding rigidity, while also boasting an ultra-lightweight design. Additionally, it features excellent properties such as high-temperature resistance, flame retardancy, and electrical insulation.
The fire helmet consists of components such as the shell, face shield, cushioning layer, cap support, headband, chin strap, and neck flap.
The chin strap is adjustable, and the hatband can be customized to fit individuals with various head shapes. Featuring a four-level cushioning system, it effectively safeguards the wearer’s head safety. The helmet shell is equipped with black, multi-functional modular rails on both sides, crafted from modified flame-retardant nylon 66 material.
The shawl features a snap-lock design, allowing for convenient assembly and disassembly while ensuring secure and reliable fastening—perfect for easy replacement and cleaning. Helmet shell colors: Red, with PANTONE shade PANTONE 186C, and Yellow, using PANTONE 012 C; the color difference is ≥ Grade 3.
