Fire-resistant suits are protective garments worn by firefighters when tackling intense radiation-heat fires involving petroleum and gas, as well as during high-temperature operations in industries such as metallurgy, glassmaking, enamel production, cement manufacturing, chemical processing, and thermal power generation. These suits offer excellent radiation protection, superior thermal insulation, a soft texture, lightweight design, exceptional durability, and effective water resistance.
The full set of clothing includes an insulated hood, top, overalls, gloves, shoe covers, and more. The thermal suit is constructed in three layers: an outer layer, an insulation layer, and a comfort layer. The outer layer is made from Iberna Silver Star fabric, composed of a base material blend of Nomex, Kevlar, and an aluminum-coated oxide film. The insulation layer features 170g of flame-retardant felt, while the comfort layer is crafted from fine yarn all-cotton fabric.
